Made from a combination of CNC-machined from solid sheet of billet aluminum and formed MESH. Pieces are cut to length and then shaped to the specific contour of the vehicle. Hand assembled and precision welded to ensure a strong and clean weld. The final stage of manufacturing includes a three-stage polishing and cleaning, then chrome plating. Grille Inserts may require some cutting and/or drilling to be installed.
