Customer Rating: Summary: Easy to Use, But not Used Comment: I bought a few of these last year, and, thankfully have not had the opportunity to use them. I have tested them, and they all worked fine.
Do the test the manufacturer tells you to do....hit a board and see if the pin comes out. You will see the mark of the pin on the wood. Mine all worked great. These would break a window, no problem. I recommend highly. They are not expensive, and can save lives. Personally, I think the Life Hammer and/or a metal center punch are potentially dangerous in a roll-over (think about getting hit in the head by one of those). If you pack them away, how are you going to find it after a roll-over? That's why this little tool is so great - small, light, and easily located.
Customer Rating: Summary: This is what I want all the time Comment: This is what I wanted all the time. After careful research, I believe this keychain ResQMe makes more sense. We can reach it easily in case we were tied by the seatbelt, compare to those similar ones that you have to reach to the glove cabin. One thing though, I depend my and my family's lives on this tiny thing, but the product should come with a piece of glass for testing purpose to ease our minds that the one we have really works and make sure it's not defective.
