It does what it is supposed to do, and sticks well to the concrete floor. It has not budged at all since i installed it, which took about two minutes. The car stops easily when my tire bumps it (i of course am coming in slowly anyway). I highly recommend this reliable, durable product. I tend to drive up until I feel my tire bump the unit, then I let it roll back to avoid pushing up against it (to avoid weakening the adhesive).
