Customer Rating: Summary: Bad customer relations Comment: I ordered this plug set because the ordering guide said that this set fit my vehicle. When I got them in the set was not only of the wrong design, it was missing the coil wire. I called the customer service line at Accel and spoke to a guy that was very condescending and rude. And as I was trying to explain my situation to this "fellow", he had the nerve to hang up on me. I called back to speak to his manager and she was not available. I left a message on her service to call back but as of this writing there has been no response. I will not reach for another Accel product ever again. This set was returned to Amazon and I got my refund in full.
