Summary: Just becuase its cheap doesnt mean its not the best!
Comment: Just because its cheap doesn't mean its not the best! , I read it was rated #1 in a leading Consumer magazine, this was many years ago, must say the wax lasts a long time longer then any wax I have used, the shine is just fine, for 5.95 its a bargin and don't really think more expensive waxes give you that much if any of a better shine.

Comment: A little cubrsm to apply... I hear that there is better stuff out there...auto Zone has this for $799 + tax . however, I spent a lot of time w this prduct .. and it seems cunsistnt (smwht) whith the previous rviews.

Summary: Better than Turtlewax and Meguiars
Comment: PROS: Very true, you can apply this in direct sunlight. The sun will dry the polish very quick, but will not make it any harder to wipe off. This polish works just like wax, leaving your paint looking new again, without harsh rubbing. Excellent on covering fine surface scratches.
CONS: Although this polish can be removed quickly, it creates little flakes of dry polish on the rag and car like turtlewax paste. These flakes can easily be removed by either shaking the cloth or washing the car. The flakes do not effect the clearcoat or vibrant look of the polish, but they are just a minor nuisance.
CONCLUSION: Overall, This product performed excellent on my newer car. I will keep using it for years to come. If you are like me, and got tired of turtlewax leaving a hazy look on your vehicle, then start using this. I also believe that this Nu Finish is at the level of Meguiars or higher. I have never used a Meguiars wax but have applied their No. 7 Glaze. This glaze was extremely hard to wipe off and although looked decent, it left a residue like Turtlewax. The excellent quality about this polish, is that it only cost me 6 bucks, while the Meguiars gold class wax was more like 12. This is how Nu Finish beats Meguiars overpriced named product.

Summary: The Real Deal
Comment: In short: Nu-finish is the real deal. I recently purchased a 20-year old vehicle that had been left in the sun for past six years and poorly maintained. With the first wash and application of this polish, the former deep gloss came back in an amazing way. Not that it looks like a new car, but the transformation in the paint's appearance is startling.
In addition, Nu-finish was applied in the middle of day, under the hot Caribbean sun. It made nary a difference. There was no white residue left on the body of the car, but a bit on the trim. I could care less, however.
I'm ecstatic with the performance of this product, and heartily recommend it.

Summary: Great Product
Comment: I've tried many waxes and polishes for several years. I finally found a way to make my black car shine like new - really. If you clean your car well (I've begun using Green Earth Technologies G Wash) and apply Nu Finish (following the directions on Nu Finish bottle - apply again within 30 days), you car will shine. After two applications of Nu Finish, apply Meguars Gold Class wax, and your car will have an amazing deep shine. I bought a buffer for $20 and swear that this regimen makes my car shine longer than any car wash or even professional detail (I paid for one once - this saves you at least $300 - $400 and I got better results).
