This thing works *great* on paint, just like a commercial grade buffer wheel. If you have experience with a regular buffer wheel, this is an easy adaptation. It's small enough to handle easily, but big enough to do a fairly quick job.
I use a corded drill for doing a large vehicle. Unless your cordless has brand new batteries, they may run out. But you will save money by not having to buy a buffing tool. 2 of these babies (1 to polish, 1 to wax) and a good drill is all you will ever need. They clean up by soaking in dish soap solution for an hour or two (use enough soap). I definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants a good looking car and wants to save about $100 on equipment!
