Comment: I purchased this recently, with a little trepidation because of some of the reviews about having a hard time removing it. I must say that I was quite pleasantly surprised. It goes on as easy as any other wax I have ever used - easier than many in fact. It does have a pleasant, yet not overpowering smell to it as well.
While it does require some elbow grease to remove, it wasn't anything over the top in any way and the finished product was outstanding. My wife's vehicle is absolutely sparkling now, and my own truck which is 8+ years old and in need of a new paint job, looks better than it has in years.
I will definately keep purchasing this!

Summary: Great product with a little bit of "elbow grease"
Comment: I have been using this product for about 5yrs. now, first on my F150 now on my Accord, and let me tell you, don't let anyone discourage you from buying this product. I use Black Magic for all my detailing needs...except for upholstery cleaning, i still like to use resolve. Here is my analysis:
Pros: Last long; good at hiding swirls and minor scratches; the deep shine it produces when compared to other low-end (and some high-end) is unparalleled; it's cheap!
Cons: Requires some elbow grease and time because it takes so long to buff out, so it's not for grandpa or people who don't take car care seriously. My girlfriend hates it because it takes too long to buff out and with the amount of effort required to apply it I end up doing it for her anyway. However, when i do it for her she thinks it is the greatest thing since slice bread.
All in all, if you don't buy it that just means more for me

Comment: Before I give my review on this product, I'll give you a point of reference of my car waxing experience. I'm not a professional auto-detailer, nor do I detail cars for fun. Basically, I wax my 3 cars twice a year (Fall & Spring). Therefore, I want a wax that is easy to apply and provides long lasting protection. I've been using NuFinsh as my wax (polish) of choice since 1998. Although I'm not a professional detailer, I constantly get compliments on how nice my cars look & how clean they are.
So with that being said here's my two cents, like others have stated, the wax went on very easy but it had a greasy texture that was hard to buff off. I had to use more elbow grease than what I would have liked. However, the SHINE on my car was AWESOME. Nufinish couldn't carry this wax jock strap when comparing shines. It also removed (err, covered) some of the light scratches on my car. Even with the extra effort in buffing I still recommend this product, the finish is just that nice. In addition, maybe I applied too much wax that's why it was hard to buff off.
Now, I'm curious too see how long it lasts.... If it lasts less than 3 months I will probably update my review....

Summary: One of the worst
Comment: I've been waxing my cars six or more times a year for the past 46 years and I would rate this wax as one of the toughest waxes I've ever used to remove and get a good clean shine.My present car is deep maroon and it was practically impossible to get this wax to clean up without getting swirl marks and smears. I'm not one to write reviews but after doing the two sides on my white van and the hood and roof on my maroon vehicle I felt it was in my own best interest to throw the remainder in the trash. After the elbow grease I used I felt the results were not worth the efffort used. I have used the old Blue Coral in the past which is a three or four step process and I think that was easier than this. I don't know how this product was rated so high but I'll use Turtle wax carnauba anyday over this. Incidently the temperature when I applied this was 67 degrees which in my opinion is perfect for waxing. Give it a try , it's not expensive but if I were you I'd stick with whatever you've been happy with in the past or if you want something new , try Turtle wax carnauba. In my opinion you won't be sorry.

Summary: Very good and long lasting
Comment: I use this wax on both of our vehicles. One is garaged and my truck sets outside all the time. It works great on both. Easy to apply and remove. I just put it on then walk away for 20 or 30 minutes, wipe it off then buff with a clean towel. I used to use the more expensive stuff,Zymol, but it just will not last as long as this wax and this looks just as good and a lot easier to apply and remove. I wax about every 3 months and the wax is still good, just an old habit! My son-in-law recommended it to me and I have thanked him ever sense.
It's worth a try and the price is right.
