Customer Rating: Summary: does its job...unlike products by other companies this works Comment: use your commons sense on installing..the directions really do not help and in fact are confusing...Put the larger piece on the lap belt with the pronged piece on the side away from your body. When you have latched the shoulder harness, then slip it under the kip of the pronged piece..this creates just enough pressure to pull the shoulder harness away from the neck..it is marvelous. If you have an Explorer this is the one to get.
