However, I decided on this particular product because of the magnetic tip, which, unfortunately, simply does not work. The "magnet" is very small - about the diameter of a pencil eraser - and the one on the item I received has absolutely no magnetic properties at all - objects as light as a paper clip won't even adhere to it.
