Customer Rating: Summary: The Wrenching Details Comment: It's an adjustable wrench, pretty straight forward.
Good quality, looks nice (first point is more important than the second, but there it is).
It adjusts and holds its size better than other tools by major manufacturers that I've used in the past.
Although I haven't used the grip in wet or cold environments, I imagine it would suit better in both of those situations. As it is, having the grip helps provide a better feel, if not more torque.

The reason I chose this wrench is because my hands are small and I thought it would be easier to handle. But this one is way to small. The 8" would have been a better choice. The grips are comfortable, the size scale could be of use in some circumstances and there is very little play in the adjusting mechanism. I have not had the opportunity to test its strength or durability. Otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars. This review also applies to the 10 inch version of this wrench.
